A display made to fit
Pick resolution and refresh rate before the session, up to 4K on the validated path.
Lume streams your own Windows PC to your phone, tablet, browser, or beta native client. It connects directly when the network allows it and otherwise uses the Lume relay. No rented catalog: your machine, your games.
Choose the PC, create a display for the device, launch your game and take back control — from one interface.
Pick resolution and refresh rate before the session, up to 4K on the validated path.
Desktop, Steam, Big Picture and Xbox launch remotely from the cockpit.
Close an application or the virtual display without walking back to the PC.
The PWA remains the fastest way in. Native clients are tested separately to use each device’s own capabilities.
Compatible Safari or Chromium PWA, with no client-side install.
Invite-only Swift client. Video, audio, touch mode and Lab tools are build-validated; each device is still qualified separately.
Invite-only tvOS client: controller, audio and virtual display up to 4K have been tested on our setup.
Invite-only Kotlin client. Video and audio were validated on several devices, with model-specific limits published.
Same Flutter interface as the PWA, with a locally built MSIX. Store submission, signing and full functional validation remain.
macOS H.264/HEVC sender proven on Apple Silicon. It is not a Nyx receiver and Windows feature parity is not claimed.
H.264 remains the baseline. HEVC depends on the encoder/decoder chain. AV1 remains an explicit Lab choice on devices proven compatible.
P95 140 · 6.59 Mbps median · 8 freezes totaling 2.597 s
60.1 fps · 11 ms median RTT · 0.9 ms median decode
60 fps · 97 ms RTT · no freeze observed during this short run
Measurements from dated Lab sessions. They describe observed frame rate, network and decoding — not universal glass-to-glass latency.
Three components, one metaphor. From the sun of your machine to the screen in your pocket.
The agent on your PC captures the frame and encodes it in real time, right next to the GPU.
WebRTC first attempts a direct connection. If it fails, TURN relays the media when the network allows the required outbound traffic.
The PWA and beta native clients decode the stream. H.264 is the baseline, HEVC is selected when compatible, and AV1 remains experimental in the Lab.
Anyone can stream. The difference is what comes AROUND it: a cockpit to drive your PC remotely (launch a game, spin up a custom screen, close a stuck program), the latest video tech we adopt as soon as they exist, and how fast a problem gets fixed on your machine.
What comes next is public, dated and verifiable: the roadmap · the dev log — written from the commits, not by a marketing team.
Because Lume combines full access to your own PC, a browser client, native apps and a remote path without router configuration. Other solutions cover some of these building blocks very well — not all of them together.
“Test the real product, without an imaginary price grid.”
“Price follows proof of use.”
No commercial price is shown until it is final. Access is currently free by invitation during the beta.
No tiny table or jargon: quickly see what makes up Lume, then open the full directory only when you need it.
