Thank you for testing Lume before everyone else. Every account created before November 1, 2026 at 00:00 Paris time keeps the Lume subscription free, for life: access from any network and Lume Friends subject to its general opening, no card and nothing to do. Lume Pro is not included.
A 30-day trial, once
Every new account can try the Lume subscription free for 30 days, once. A card is requested when the trial starts but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Founder offer: €20 for the first year
For the first 50 subscriptions only, the yearly plan can be taken without a trial at the founder price of €20 for the first year instead of €59.90. You pay on the day, then the subscription renews at €59.90 per year. Only for accounts that have never had a Lume subscription.
The price drops on its own
On the monthly plan, you pay €7.99 per month for the first 3 paid months, then €5.99 per month, automatically. The yearly plan costs €59.90 per year, about €5 per month.
Lume Friends included
Friends is a limited pilot, not open to everyone; subscribing does not grant pilot access. After general opening, with the Lume subscription, you will be able to invite up to four friends to play on your PC, each with their own controller. Your friends only need a free account. Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between “local” and “anywhere”?
Local means your phone, tablet or browser is on the same router as your PC: free. As soon as you are on another network (4G, 5G, a friend’s or hotel Wi-Fi), the connection crosses the Internet, directly or through the Lume relay: that is what the subscription covers.
Do my friends have to pay to play with me?
No. Only the host, whose PC runs the game, needs the Lume subscription. Invited friends use a free Lume account. Friends remains a limited pilot, not open to everyone; opening awaits Jérémy’s validation, with no date announced.
What happens when the trial ends?
The subscription becomes paid automatically on the trial end date, shown before you subscribe and in the confirmation email. The first charge happens that day. Cancel before and nothing is charged.
How do I cancel?
From the Lume web app: account, Subscription card, Cancel my subscription, then confirm. During the offered period, choose Withdraw or cancel, then Cancel at the end of the period. An email confirms the effective date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid (or at the end of the trial); you keep access anywhere until then, then free local use. The current period is not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it (for example withdrawal within 14 days).
I am a beta tester. Do I pay?
No. Every account created before November 1, 2026 at 00:00 Paris time keeps the Lume subscription free for life, with no card, Lume Friends subject to its general opening, excluding Pro. The benefit covers the service as it exists, cannot be transferred and is lost if the account is deleted or in case of abuse. See article 19 of the terms (French).
Lume or Lume Pro: which one?
Lume is for playing and using your own PCs. Lume Pro is for professionals who work on their clients’ or team’s PCs: unattended access, machine fleet, several technicians. See the Lume Pro page.
Is quality guaranteed away from home?
No. Resolution, smoothness and latency depend on your connection, the PC’s connection and your hardware. The relay adds a network hop. Use the free trial to check your setup before paying.
What do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC with Helio installed and turned on, an Internet connection on both sides, and a recent browser or a Lume app. The Compatibility page lists the status of each platform.
