The TV displays; the PC computes

The game runs on your Helio-equipped Windows PC. The TV client receives audio and video and returns controller inputs, preserving your PC library and saves.

Preparation

Four things before sitting down

  1. Ready host PCHelio installed, current drivers and a working local game.
  2. Approved TV clientTestFlight or Android TV test access.
  3. Paired controllerConnect it to the TV device.
  4. Stable networkEthernet when possible, otherwise clean 5/6 GHz Wi-Fi.
Resolution

One 4K path is validated; universal 4K is not

A specific Apple TV path successfully ran at 4K. That proves feasibility on that chain, not on every PC, codec, HDMI setup or network. Validate 1080p60 first, then raise resolution and bitrate.

Network

Ethernet is the simple reference for a stationary TV

  • Wire the host and TV box where practical.
  • Enable the TV’s game mode.
  • Pair the controller with the TV client.
  • Remember that relay routing can add distance.
Private beta

TV hardware is highly fragmented

Android TV devices vary in chips, decoders and OS versions. Apple TV is less fragmented but generations still differ. Lume therefore publishes tested devices instead of one broad compatibility checkmark.
